È appena uscito Hakin9 Extra numero 4 totalmente dedicato alla Cloud Forensics, l’articolo di apertura della rivista è mio e si intitola  An Overview on Cloud Forensics.

Si tratta di una panoramica generale su quali sono le principali problematiche e criticità, ma anche quali sono le possibili opportunità, su come fare forensics su infrastrutture di cloud computing.

There’s not a single law. Preserving the chain of custody means that you’ve to comply with specific laws, regarding a specific country. But in a cloud perspective there’s no single country. A huge network of data centers means a huge network of jurisdictions. So could be very complex to interact with some countries that don’t have modern computer crime laws.
